Will I have to pay customs fees?

Our website is designed to collect all relevant customs fees and taxes when you place an order.

If you live in the EU you should not be charged any additional import duties or fees before you can receive your order.

Packages may require a signature on delivery, but we are happy to arrange delivery to your work address, a relative or neighbour.

All orders received by 2 pm Monday to Friday (UK time) will be despatched on the same working day.

Our delivery charges are calculated as you checkout. You can use the selection tool in the shopping cart to calculate your delivery charge.

EU Delivery

Availability
We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However, sometimes a product is even more popular than we expect it to be, and there may be occasional delays. If so we will advise you at the time of ordering and give you our best estimate of delivery times.

 

Order Despatch
We aim to despatch all orders taken before 2 pm on the same working day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm and on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched the following Monday.

 

Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can check your tracking information by logging into your Charlie Crow account at the top of the page.

 

Christmas Deadline
It is always advisable to order early at Christmas time to avoid disappointment. Last orders for Christmas delivery using our standard services EU service is 2 pm 12th December 2023 and for express services EU is 2 pm 14th December 2023. Deliveries to the Rest-of-the-World last order date is 2 pm 10th December 2023.

 

When You Order
When you order from us, we will ask you for your name, email address, invoice address and delivery address. We ask for a telephone number in case there is a problem with your order. We will never pass your telephone number or email address on to any third party.

 

Making A Purchase
Browse our online store and follow the buy and shopping basket instructions. We accept payment by credit and debit cards. If you are shopping outside the UK your card company will convert the transaction into your own currency - for example, US dollars. If you do not want to shop on-line you can call us on the telephone.
