This is a follow up review to one I had written just last evening. I had had a couple problems; one being the size was a little too short and the other being the tail was not long like in the picture and recommended people ask for a bigger size so as too take it in vs. having it too short as well as saying it was made very well. This morning I received an email back from my review apologizing for anything I was not satisfied with and explaining that they shortened the tail so that kids would not trip over it. On top of that they notified me that they were sending me extra material for the length of the costume and too add some on too the tail. I was so impressed that I felt I needed too let everyone know that my opinion has changed to a 5 star rating which is not only based on my satisfaction with the costume but on the way this company handles itself. The service is unbelievable. Without even asking for anything too be fixed; they offered and I still can't believe they responded almost immediatelly to just a review I had written! I recommend this company too anyone who is considering buying from them! You get more than just a great costume! You get people who honestly care that you are completely satisfied!

Testing the Crocodile, Dinorex and Dinoraptor. The Children greeted these well made, robust costumes with great enthusiasm. Extremely aesthetically pleasing. The velcro fastening down the front of the costumes were easy for a child to manage. The best feature of these costumes was the stunning appearance. The opportunity for children to be hidden within a costume allowed them to fully express their creative role. Play did become "animated" as children developed their fierce characters.

I work in a primary school and was desperate to find costumes, we are dressing up for world book day. I got the inspiration I needed from charlie crow they have a HUGE range of costumes for book days they definately saved the day - thanks again. I'll be back next year when book day comes around again.
