Q: What size should I choose?
A:Please check the child's height against our sizing chart. Always measure the Complete height of the child from the top of the head to the floor, then choose the size your child falls between.

We base our measurements on the UK British Standards and they are very accurate.

Q: What if the costume I order is out of stock?
A: We will try at all times to have stock of all costumes. Because we make costumes ourselves in the UK we can usually respond very quickly to "trends". If an item is out of stock we will e-mail you with an expected delivery date and an option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

If you wish to cancel an order before it leaves us please let us know by e-mail and we will credit the amount back to you.

A: Yes, you can request a catalogue on [this page]

Q: Are the costumes washable?
A: Yes. Basically, turn them inside out, wash on a short 40 degree wash. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. Most costumes will be quite dry when you take them out of the washer. Brush the pile on the fur costumes to restore the finish.

Q: Are the fur costumes warm to wear?
A: Yes, but that doesn't stop children wanting to wear them all year round, day and night! The costumes are easy to get in and out of and part of play becomes taking the costume off and on, it will help younger children learn to dress themselves - that can't be bad

Q: Can I speak to someone over the telephone?
A: Yes, we are available between 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday (GMT) at the above address.

Q: What is the latest date I can order for Christmas?
A: When ordering for Christmas it is always advisable to order early to avoid disappointment. Last orders for Christmas delivery using our standard services UK is 12 noon 18th December 2009 and for express services UK is 12 noon 21nd December 2009. Deliveries to Rest of the World last order date 12 noon 7th December 2009

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: This store accepts Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Electron and Visa. Please have your credit card available when you order. If you are intending to have your goods sent to an address other than that for which the card is registered, you can complete a separate delivery address form in our checkout

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Choose the items you are looking for either by using the search facility or by selecting the relevant product section. If you only wish to buy one item then choose "buy" to take you directly to your order summary. When you wish to put more than one item into your basket before purchasing, click on "Add to basket".
Check your basket.
The basket at the top of the screen will tell you how many items you have selected and the current value of your order. At any time you can click on the basket to view its content and proceed to checkout. Place the order. Click on the basket, check the list of products is correct, then click "Submit Order" and you will be prompted to enter your billing and payment details. Each screen will have instructions on how to proceed. Your billing address is the address to which your credit card is registered. If you wish your goods to be delivered to an alternative address you have this option Order Summary. Once you have filled in all your details and clicked on 'Please process my order the order summary will be displayed. Please print it for your reference. Confirmation by email. Once your credit card payment has been authorised and your order has been accepted you will receive confirmation of the order by email.
